1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 6v77 website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). 6v77 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players based in Bangladesh. By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. 6v77 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the 6v77 Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You must meet all of the following conditions to open and maintain an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 6v77 operates a strict 21+ policy and will request proof of age at any time.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must register using accurate and complete personal information. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 6v77 or any affiliated platform, and must not be acting on behalf of any third party.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on 6v77. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

6v77 may require you to submit identity and address verification documents at any point during your membership. This is standard Know Your Customer (KYC) practice. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawal requests.

• Valid national identity documents (NID, passport, or equivalent) are required for identity verification.
• Proof of payment method ownership may be requested before processing withdrawals, especially for first-time requests.
• 6v77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

6v77 supports a range of payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are subject to change without notice.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your account in real time in most cases. 6v77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own verified name.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Players are encouraged to deposit only within their comfortable spending limits.
• 6v77 may apply transaction fees in certain circumstances; these will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
• Deposits made during system maintenance windows may be delayed; 6v77 will not be liable for such delays.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money-laundering checks. Suspicious transactions will be investigated and may be frozen pending review.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request is approved. Processing times vary by payment method and may take up to 3 business days.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• 6v77 may request additional identity verification before releasing withdrawal funds to prevent fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6v77 offers a range of promotions including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event offers for BPL, IPL, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) of at least 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period after which any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 6v77 reserves the right to retract any bonus credited in error, or to revoke a bonus offer if abuse or manipulation is detected.
• Players may only claim one welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address. Multiple accounts created to exploit bonus offers will be suspended.

6. Fair Play & Game Rules

All games available on the 6v77 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

In the event of a technical malfunction, any affected bets or rounds will be voided, and stakes will be returned. 6v77 is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service disruptions on the player's end. Game results are final once a round has concluded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6v77 Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to defraud 6v77 or other players through any means including collusion, chip-dumping, or use of automated betting software (bots).
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal activities and attempting to withdraw them as winnings.
• Opening multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, circumvent restrictions, or accumulate multiple welcome bonuses.
• Abusing exploits, software bugs, or mathematical vulnerabilities in games or the Platform to generate unintended winnings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6v77 Platform, including but not limited to logos, software, text, images, game assets, and UI elements, is the exclusive property of 6v77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 6v77.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

6v77 is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in that document. All sensitive data transmissions are protected by SSL encryption technology. 6v77 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6v77 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

6v77 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or secure against all forms of cyber threats. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

11. Amendments to Terms

6v77 may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Significant changes may be communicated via email to registered account holders or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure will be subject to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable local consumer protection regulations in Bangladesh.
